REGULATION

Regulation of the global financial industry has increased dramatically in recent years. Today, independent asset managers in Switzerland must either be affiliated with a self-regulatory organization (SRO), which indirectly supervises them, or regulated directly by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.

Strategic Asset Management SA is a member of the “Organisme D’Autoregulation des Gerants de Patrimoine,” a leading Swiss SRO.

As an active member of this organization, we adhere to all regulations, guidelines, and the code of conduct for independent asset managers in Switzerland.
